Account information
When you register as an operator, we collect your name, business name, email address, mobile number, and city. This information is used to create and manage your account.
Trip and booking data
All trips, bookings, traveler records, and payment information you enter into the platform are stored on our servers. This data belongs to you and is accessible only by your account and our support team when you request assistance.
Driver and vehicle data
Driver profiles, vehicle registrations, and GPS location data collected during active trips are stored and associated with your operator account.
Usage data
We collect standard usage data including pages visited, features used, session duration, and device information. This helps us improve the platform.
2. How we use your data
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate Tour Command Center
- Send booking confirmations via WhatsApp
- Process payments via Razorpay
- Improve platform features based on usage
- Respond to support requests
- Send product updates (unsubscribe anytime)
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on secure servers located in India. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest.
We never sell your data to third parties. We never share your operator, traveler, or booking data with advertisers. Your data is used only to operate the platform.

5. Your rights
Access and export
You can request a full export of all your data at any time — bookings, trips, traveler records, payment history, expenses. Export available as CSV or PDF from account settings.
Correction
You can update or correct your account information at any time from profile settings.
Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data. We process deletion requests within 14 business days.
Data portability
All your data is exportable in standard formats before account closure. We will never hold your data hostage.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account:
- Trip and booking records retained 7 years for financial compliance
- GPS tracking data deleted within 90 days
- Traveler personal data deleted within 30 days
- Payment records retained per Indian tax law
7. Cookies
Tour Command Center uses essential cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not show ads.
